  Project Manager
 

Responsibilities:
1.Take part in product project approval & initiation, and make project plans.

  Hardware Development Engineer
  Responsibilities:
1.Assist in mobile base band system design and debugging.
2.Assist in mainboard layout and wiring design.
3.Responsible for design and debugging of such baseband-related parts as FPC, Sensor, USB wire, charger, earphone etc.
4.Responsible for model selection assessment and testing of baseband components
5.Support debugging and testing related to production.
6.Closely cooperate with engineers inside or outside of department to reach the design index of the whole product as planned.

  Senior Mobile Driver Software Engineer
  Responsibilities:
1.Develop and maintain Mobile driver software
2.Make software/hardware interfaces together with hardware developers.
3.Make the interfaces between drivers and upper layer software together with upper layer software developer.
4.Compile related design documents.
Qualifications/Requirements:
1.Familiar with hardware fundamentals, ARM7/9 architecture, and such ARM development tools as ADS, and GCC.
2.Proficient in C/C++ and assembly language, with a good habit of decoding
3.Proficient in program development of Bootloader, LCD, Uart, FLASH etc
4.Familiar with at least one embedded operating system, for example, vxWork, uCosII, ucLinux, WinCE and Nucleus.

  Driver Software Engineer
  Responsibilities:
1.Compile and maintain codes of company products’ drivers.
2.Develop and maintain products’ underlying driver codes, systematically design new-added functions in systems.

Qualifications/Requirements:
1.Once engaged in R&D of embedded systems or mobile phones, have certain knowledge of hardware fundamentals.

  Software Testing Engineer
  Responsibilities:

1.Familiar with MTK platform and over two years’ work experience in mobile testing.

  Responsibilities:

3.Continuously track the changes of industry popular elements, and follow fashion trends.

4.Coordinate with Company Internal System Flow to track and certify work
Qualifications/Requirements:
1.Familiar with MMI testing, black box testing, skillfully compile test cases.

1.      Regional Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead regional sales team and work with dealers to achieve sales targets and maintain the contribution margin of high, mid and low end products of Dewav in the specific region.
- Lead the team to source, evaluate and qualify dealers in the desired region, establish healthy dealer channels in compliance with Dewav’s policies, and develop dealers into the business partners.
- Manage and control the operation of dealers in terms of pricing, product selection, sales revenue recognition, inventory control etc, to ensure long term and healthy development.
